One of the recent challenges at STM was to create your own colored paper using some old patterned papers that you owned but haven't, nor would ever, use. I picked a bright neon pink paper, cut it into a 6"x6" square to try this technique out. I didn't have the primer that was used in the instructions, so I used several coats of the white. I also experimented with the Pearl Ex powdered pigments that Pammy had given me several years ago. (I never knew what to do with them! LOL) I mixed in some of the Super Russet (a metalicly reddish color) with the white paint. It turned into a dusty pink color. I painted over the white with this new color. It looks very grunge and I am liking the look of it!

I am so going to try this experiment again with more colors!!
HAPPY HUG DAY!!
